eleanor ruby: 2006's winner of the prestigious award of "RSV Baby"!
ezekiel jacob: winner of the 2008 award..."Bronchiolitis Boy"!
zeke's course with rsv has not been as severe as eleanor's, but it has persisted. this little boy has been sick for 11 days. thankfully, we've been able to avoid hospitalization (though we did spend 2 entire nights in the e.r.). he is currently on a small amount of oxygen, mainly when he sleeps or eats. hopefully we are nearing the end of his bout with bronchiolitis.
on a cute side-note, here was ellie's bedtime prayer:
dear Heavenly Father
thanks for my mom and dad and bruvver(brother) and sister
bless my money (great...looks like we are doing a stellar job of teaching her what's important in life)
bless that i don't fall in a hole (guess you have to worry about these things when you are little)
bless that the snow falls and i can eat it (uhhh...poor prospect...springtime in albuquerque)
bless my family
